Actually... I wear prosthetic teeth during my haunted house stuff, and you can eat and drink with them in in many cases.
They look and feel real, and when fitted and inserted properly, you can feel they are there under the gums, but they don't impinge your speech at all.
These are full on inserts that cover the teeth just like above. I was caught eating a hamburger with them in one night lol.. Many many people ask me if they are real, I tell them yes, and that I had my teeth filed.
