I like to play video games every once in awhile, when I don't have anything better to do. But some people make a lifestyle out of it. Well, as the story above illustrates, that lifestyle can kill you.

The moral of the story: get your butt off the couch and do something!

There is a natural advantage to PC gaming. After many hours of gaming there is bound to be a crash, lockup, disconnect or something else that will force a break in the gaming.

You usually move around at least a little when ya sleep, also, you aren't sitting down either...
