I support the judges decision. I don't like it when a divorced spouse poisons the children against the other spouse. That is not right and they should not use children as a weapon against the other spouse. Women are the ones most guilty of this but as this story shows, men can do it too.

This is worse than just poisoning the children. This is a public site that anyone including friends, family members and the children's friends can read.

He can continue to keep his site, but he will lose his children. Free speech is not without consequences.

Well a precedent will be set and there will be control in another way. Freedom of speech shouldn't mean getting locked up for speaking out but it happens. If more laws are made to erode freedom what will you fight for? I think the guy should have moved the web site off shore where the law shouldn't apply. It is wrong for this type of control and is why it is gaining so much attention. You cannot wind back time and the internet is archived so the kids could read up on it all one day when old enough.
