Outside mirrors? Yes, pretty much anything metal can be coated. If you want them black, it is a good option. If you want them body colored, paint is a better option because of color matching issues.

Yes, they are The pic did not turn out that well, I could not find my good camera and it was dark when I took it. They look a lot better than the pic.
