This is from Rodney Dickman, used to drill and tap the new starter holes on the 3.4 block. I used it and it works great! The only problem I had was I broke one of the drill bits which it comes with so you can match it up to one of your bits, that's all I did. Has all the bolts and all the instructions and the drill hole locator block, along with the tap and the one good drill bit and the one broken one. New is $59, I'll sell for $20, located in Medford OR, 97504.
