Like-new Infinity 6412cfp plate speakers.

Specs:

  • System Components: 2 speakers

  • Speaker Type: 2-way - passive

  • Speaker Diameter: 4" x 6"

  • Nominal (RMS) Output Power: 45 Watt

  • Max (RMS) Output Power: 135 Watt

  • Response Bandwidth: 72 - 21000 Hz

  • Input Impedance: 4 Ohm

  • Sensitivity: 91 dB

  • Connectivity Technology: Wired

I've heard these can be made to fit in the pillar, though I was using them in the front. Keep in mind, these speakers produce NO bass whatsoever. You need something to fill in the low end.

I have these and am currently finishing putting them in atm. (its the part of my component system that is unfinsihed for those who have seen my ad) and to the originator of this ad if you wish me to remove my comments from your ad simply pm me and i will delete them.

What i needed to do to make mine fit:
modify the plastic spacer that goes against the b pillar
make another spacer (or adaptor you could call it) to space it out so that the magnet fits into the b pillar
slight cutting to the b pillar cover plastic

In retrospect i would have looked deeper into mounting them into the firewall but they fit after all i mentioned but it requires a bit a customization work. prolly a good project if your good with fiberglass but other wise im pretty happy with mine so far and these are good speakers overall.

Best of luck with the sale

I have Clarion 4x6 plate speakers in my car and had to do a bit of modifying for them to fit right too. They also produce no bass, but the sound quality on plate speakers is much better than just the oval ones. I recommend these speakers to anyone looking to upgrade their sound system, you won't be disappointed with the little work you have to do to make them fit properly. Good luck with the sale.
