one of my customers needs the small metal tube that connects the left and right ebrake cables together

The little tiny piece? Help! has it, its part of an e-brake connector kit. Should be able to find it for a couple bucks at an auto store.

Here's the kit I grabbed, just needed the black piece:
Dorman: 21126
