I have for sale two chassis which were purchased as parts cars/potential future projects. Keeping them until I'm ready to take on new projects is ridiculous, so I'm getting rid of them. I'm trying to get rid of all my excess junk by the end of the year.

I'd like $500 for each. I will trailer either car to meet you HALF WAY, which can be up to 200 miles from 22849. If you want to negotiate the price, I'll be less willing to help with delivery.

Both cars smell like they're staying dry inside.
Both cars are RED.

The cars are:

'84:
4 cyl (duh)
4.10 Muncie
VERY FEW options:
-PW
-Trunk release
-Delay wipers
-Sunroof
Very light grey almost white interior that I haven't seen before

Valve cover has been off engine since I bought it. Engine is in unknown condition and I haven't touched it.
Cloth seats, heavily worn on driver's side. Both sides have dry rotted around the headrest speakers
Proper '84 decklid available
Cracked winshield
Small holes poked in the middle of the dash

'87
4 cyl
5 speed
Fully Optioned:
-PW/PM/PL
-Sunroof
-Cruise
-A/C
-Rear Window Heat
-Trunk lid release
-Leather
-Performance sound

Engine is still sealed but in unknown condition
Trunk lock broken
Tear in rear fascia
Radio is missing, wires have been cut
Interior is complete, but passenger door panel has been disassembled to remove power mirror.
Driver's seat is heavily worn with tears in suede
Console peel is worse than average
Windshield is cracked

I would like to know about the 84. Any rust or accident damage?

I've been looking for a non A/C 84 to rebuild my pace car on. (The pace car's frame was rusted bad)

AFAIK, the car has never been in an accident.

I can jack it up and get you pics of the underside this weekend.

Email me at my profile address... it's easier for me to keep track of conversations that way.

are you 100% sure your 87 is an 87? they didnt offer the bright red color in 1987 so i was just wanting to make sure.

maybe it was a repaint?

Good catch. I looked at the door sticker and it is indeed an '86 (production date december '85)

Are you interested?

More pics of the '86 can be found in these two threads:

I took a pretty good set of photos of the underside of the car.
I would qualify this car as being in above average condition, with regard to rust, for an east coast car.
This car has been off the road for NINE years and as such has been exposed to nine fewer winters than cars that have been driven in that time.

bump

Somebody's got to want this... this is a fully optioned chassis that would be great for a buildup.
