I got one of these in a yard, but does not fit snugly on the EGR. Maybe my aftermarket EGR is a tad smaller in diameter. Anyone else have that problem? If so, what did you do to get it to fit correctly?

If you have an aftermarket EGR valve it likely will not fit correctly. If that it the case, put a dalop of silicone on the top of the valve and set the cover on. When it dries the silicone will keep the cap in place and if you need to remove it you can with a little wiggling.
