I've got a 64,000 mile, (documented through CarFax) 2.8 V6 sitting here taking up space. It came out of an 88 Fiero GT that was involved in a rather destructive incident. T Boned another vehicle I was told.
I bought the cradle, transmission, engine, rear suspension, basically everything just as you would see it dropped out of the car, No wiring was cut in removing this engine, I also have the ECM for the car. I don't need the 2.8 for any of my projects so, I'm asking if anyone has an interest. I'm asking $400.00 with the buyer paying the shipping. Although I would entertain offers and trades for other items but, I'd really rather have the cash.
Anyone interested, feel free to contact me. Heck, if the buyer is anywhere within 4 hours of Lexington, KY, I'll deliver it if you buy the fuel both ways.

Man - that would be perfect for my scissor-door Formula since I decided to just put another 2.8 in it and sell it.
If I had seen this earlier today I would have offered my Chase Race roll bar or a Getrag (and given you a chance to come up here to buy me a beer ) MyTime offered a free engine, so I am going to check it out first.
Bump for ya!

I sincerely appreciate the bump.
If you'll make you way to KY, I'll still buy you that beer.

Good transaction Ron. Engine looks like it is what I'm after. Here's proof that it stayed upright for the trip home, despite the fact I forgot a couple of tires and the highway was full of bumps, dips and rises.

Yeppers, that's it. You two should feel free to discuss that motor. All I ever did with it was store it in an aircraft hangar. Now that cradle, suspension and Getrag will end up going into one of my project cars. Cya
