Not brittle, no cracks, no chips, nothing broken and not warped. Stud holes are in nice condition.
They are silver (repaint).
Comes with studs, nuts and six new stainless steel screws for attaching to spoiler.
Gaskets are iffy.
$45 plus shipping.
