This is an exhaust crossover correct? I have one from an 87. This is not covered like the 88's. $25.00 plus shipping.

For `85 through `87 V6 Fieros, The Fiero Store ( http://www.fierostore.com ) sells two types of crossover pipes (or "Y-pipes" as they're sometimes called because of their shape). Their less expensive one, part number 63721, is described in their on-line catalog as an "aftermarket stock replacement crossover pipe" and I'm guessing is made of aluminized pipe, which despite the implications of its "aluminized" name, rusts more quickly. The other one, part number 63721C, is described in their catalog as "heat coated" and I'm guessing is ceramic coated, which means that it should last a long time.

Either one likely flows better than the stock GM V6 Fiero Y-pipe, which is something some people port out in an effort to reduce its restrictiveness. On the other hand, either one also is much more expensive than the "$25 plus shipping" that fellow PFF member, foxgapfiero, quoted you above.

By the way, welcome to Pennock's Fiero Forum!
