I'm in need of a lid for my air cleaner as the previous owner forgot to tighten the wingnuts down and it mysteriously disappeared!

Does anyone have a spare kickin around they'd be willing to mail out.

If you have one, send me a PM with the cost +shipping and we'll set up payment.

Thanks,

Pete

$10 shipped sound good? I'll get a pic of it later today, but I think it's in good shape.
Darren

Didn't see that it was to Nova Scotia till I posted this. I have no idea what it costs to send up there, so how about actual shipping + $7 for the part and the box?

What year do you need? It matters whether its 84-86 or 87-88.

I read the IM first. So it's an 87 that's what I have. I will try to get it in the mail tomorrow Here's a pic of it. Not in bad shape, but it does have a few scratches. The sealing gasket is in Really good shape for being original. Provides a very tight seal.

Talk to you later.

I purchases some "Hammered Silver" at Lowe's in a spray can. After cleaning my lid with some thinner I painted it . Came out real nice.

Thanks for the heads up Jose, actually it looks just like it should on a 1987 vehicle. Basically clean with a few scratches.

I'm not worried about dressing up the engine compartment yet. I'm just caring about getting this little car running properly.
