I just bought my 3rd Fiero yesterday, an 86 gt, but it needs some things. It has no gas tank. I need an 86 gas tank, sender, the straps that hold it up, and the T-bolts for the straps. The only thing I have is a fuel pump I do not think I need the lines but I haven't gotten under it yet (not at home yet). I think any tank 84-86 will work, the 87-88 tank was different though.

I think shipping on something like this would be killer so if anyone has one and is within an hour or 2 of Detroit that would be awesome.

You CAN put the 87-88 fuel tank in there but it AIN'T easy.

This one is from my 85GT car but I am further then the 2-3 hrs you are looking for for $20 bucks but shipping might be a killer. I only have the gas tank with no mounting hardware though.

Anyone at all near Michigan? Someone has to have one. Shipping will end up being more than the tank.

All I need is the tank, sender, and straps. I have the lines and t-bolts. I am running out of other things to fix on this thing. I need to get it running.

If you can only find a tank, I can send you all the mounting hardware.

Try this web site, there are about 40 listed there http://car-part.com/
Fiero factory in Alabama could help you as well.
Try fiero store for straps and t bolts, they had them for my 88.

It may not cost too much to ship using the Big Gray Dog as a carrier.
I shipped one out to CA before and it wasn't very expensive.

Just be sure to have it boxed well and absoultly NO FUEL VAPOR SMELLS ! ! !
