I have a used but in nice condition Rodney Dickman ULTIMATE GETRAG SHIFT KIT for sale. This is the one that has both the lever and the bracket as seen on his website. The kit reduces shift throws by 1 and 1/4" according to his site. I bought it but never installed it- all I've done is give it a fresh coat of paint to make it "pretty" while I was planning my project. It looks nice and all of the hardware is there. It sells for $112.00 on Rodney's site (plus shipping).
