Is that for the forward manifold or the rear(L,R)? I don't have either. Would like to buy both.

Its for the cabin-side manifold. Its basically a drip diverter that was added during a recall to keep valve cover oil leaks from dripping on the cat converter and catching fire. Its pretty common to leave them off on rebuilds as most of them end up rotted or blown out anyway. I've got an aftermarket (smaller) cat and new gaskets, so I left mine off as I'm not really worried about oil leaks...

The first one that was all sand blasted and painted silver was sold a while ago on ebay...

This one is the one that I still have. It is in pretty good shape, just needs cleaned up. It is not rusted through.

We've done many 2.8L.3.4L installs and we don't use this part. If you engine is maintained in good shape, this extra piece of metal on your engine buys you nothing. Also if you run w/o a cat or with a hollowed out Cat you definitley don't need this part. The only thing that it will do is hasten an exhaust leak.

That is exactly the reason that I have this extra part laying around...

But it is not my car, and if someone wants to put it on their motor, well......

LOL, Actually, id rather sell it to you - since you are the one who originally asked for it!

IMO, this part is worthless (as stated before), but I hung on to it just in case someone happens to want / need one.
If anyone wants it (the dirty one) p/m me and we can see what it costs to ship.

The nicer one that I had pictured was sold - but I can make this one look just like it if needed (bead blasted & high temp enamel painted).
