I ended up purchasing new winter tires from a local shop. It was cheaper than buying from tirerack.com. I also threw them on a set of old 14" rims. You may want to see if you can get a set of rims shipped to you then get the tires locally.

If you are looking for 14" rims the cast wheels were used on other fwd pontiacs, sunbirds, 6000 you should be able to find a set cheap. I have a cheap set for winter and a better set for summer. I run cooper snows on all fours plus ballast in the winter.

So John...............You are now just looking for snow tires right? Place on South Division next to a pawn shop that sells tires. 3300 block. I use 70lbs of sand in the front and 70 lbs in the rear. and have NO problem going up the hill on Clyde Park.

Are you now looking for just tires? I have 4 snow tires that will fit the 14" rims, (had them on my Fiero once) but not much need for snow tires in Houston.
