I need to replace my non-A/C climate control panel - anyone got one in decent working condition?

It's the version with the sliders, not the pushbuttons. (Pushbuttons are for A/C-equipped cars.)

I should have one around in one of my part car . Got two whit no AC . I'll look it up tomorow and take picture of it ..
