I'm starting a 3800NA swap into a 86SE. All that I have currently is the Fiero and a 97 GP donar car. Anyone with parts for this swap let me know or send me in the right direction for parts.
Thanks, Rich

The van tranny mount brackets also work with the Fiero rubber tranny mounts or any after market poly tranny mounts if you want the extra strength and are easy to find in moost wreckers. Unfortunately the brackets are not available new any where that I have found atleast so a wreckers trip is the way to get them. Also grab the pass axle if it is there as it is the right length to work with overdrive 4T60-E and 4T65-E trannies just make sure it is from a van with the over dirve and not the 3 speed auto. Dan

Using the van mounts the Fiero tranny mount on the trunk wall needs to have two new holes drilled into the cradle as far inward as the area allows to line things up. Then the Fiero driver's auto axle will slide right into place on the driver's side. The pass side is the pain you need the van pass axle along with a Fiero manual axle outer and a GTP pass side inner then just build up the axle and it will also slide right in. Some prefer to use the Fiero driver's side manual axle on the pass side with the GTP inner but I find it a little short. The van axle is one inch longer then the Fiero one for that side and fits better. Sounds like a lot of work but it is no just put the axle in a vise and go to work, using new grease and clamps is also a good idea when reassembling the axle boots. Dan

I'm getting a harness from Crazy Dragn and having it set up by Flyboy. I'm still looking for any 3800 swap parts. Mounts, power steering delete pulley, thottle cable bracket, modified altenator bracket, or anything else.

If you can weld or have some one to do it all the needed brackets can easily be made, look through the photos in the link below my sig and you will see how I make them up. Dan
If you still need parts of the fiero axles (just the outer or the outer + the shaft) let me know Have both a drivers and a passenger up for sale. Will break it down and just ship the parts you want to save on shipping costs.
