"Wood Grain" Shift Knib - $10 shipped - Excellent visual condition, I think it needs new set screws to mount it, probably $0.30 at hardware store. I can get them for $1 more.
Rodney Dickman Idler Pulley - $30 shipped - Excellent mechanical condition, pulley spins freely. You would still need a new belt.
