Do you have really slow power windows? This can help. I have made up units to help speed up slow power windows on Fieros. This won't help with old grease in the tracks, or worn out motors. This provides more current to the windows, It has helped on every car I tested it on. If your windows are allready 5 secs or faster going up or down, the speed increase will be marginal. This is to help slooow windows. To bring them back to more new like condition. You have to cut/splice the wires by the switch to install. My units are rated at 10 million operations, mechanical; 65,000 operations per unit at rated inductive load; 100,000 operations per unit at rated resistive load. So I doubt they will ever go out. Should last past the life of the car. I want $25 a side shipped so $50 for both sides. Includes a wireing diagram, and Instructions. And I like paypal. Installation was straightforward, it was tight fitting all of the wires under the console. There might be a better place for the boxes themselves because the wiring provided is really long. (I cut mine shorter)

It goes in between the switch and the power window, the switch controls the unit and in turn the unit controls the power window. Normaly all of the current goes through the switch, which has a huge voltage drop across it. This helps to elimate the voltage drop and passes full current through it to the window, thus giving the window motor more power, thus faster speed. It won't burn out the motor either as the motors are designd to use all of the current, it just doesn't get all of it normally. And it works for both up and down. I hope this helps. ------------------ "DRIVE IT LIKE A FIERO" '84 Fiero, engine to be determined '87Blue GT 3.4L Swap Completed!!!!!!!! They are not hard to install, You cut and splice two wires going to each switch, and tap into the other two. Full instructions are included. Soldering the wires is best, but you can use other methods to connect them. I leave plenty of wire to tuck the boxes out of the way in the consol. Time depends on you, but like 1/2 to an hr.
