As the title says I'm looking for a low mileage/excellent condition (60K or less) auto tranny for my 85 GT.
I'm open to a little higher mileage tranny if the price is right and the condition is excellent.
My present tranny only has 1st gear (2nd & 3rd slip terribly) and I would like to get this thing fixed!

If you ask for a 60k trans, you are going to get a really pretty 200k trans, with $200 cleaning fee added to the $50 the trans is worth. The odds of getting an actual low mileage trans that has been out of production for at least a decade are pretty low.

I have a 68k mile transmission that I pulled out of my 86 GT to do a 3800 swap. I know shipping would probably not be cheap, but if you would be interested, let me know.

Get a hold of john miller. hes going to be pulling the cradel out of my old junk frame and her might sell you my old transmission ill vouch for onbly 80k miles on it and shifts strong.

I also have a TH125 for sale, but I bet you can find one local. Or just bite the bullet and do a 4T60 swap.
