THE GOOD: Automatic, A/C, tilt, cruise control, power windows, GM cd player installed, new rims, good tire tread, aftermarket quarter windows, front hood scoop.
THE BAD: The car does run but is having issues with low oil pressure. Due to the issues with low oil pressure, you don't want to run it hard without diagnosing the problem. I estimate that it might need a new oil pump, and since I have no days off between work and school - I don't have the time to fix the problem. Needs a new headliner installed. Power locks only work on drivers side. Passenger side lock does not open with key, must be unlocked from the inside. Windshield has a crack.
Due to the oil pressure issues, I recommend this car be trailer-ed home.
I know you've already thot of this but...ya gotta face the fact that even if the engine was OK, as beautiful as it is, in this economy people just don't have the money they had previously. PLUS not being able to pinpoint what is the prob with the engine doesn't help. So they'd have to have it transported or dollied to...wherever. Which ain't free.
Does the engine knock AT ALL or just have low pressure? Dunno how hard to install a new oil pump but some people are just not mechanics past tune-ups.
My feeling is, if you'd post a bottom price instead of asking for offers, you might at least separate the wheat from the chaff. And I do wish you good luck.

The engine didn't knock. I haven't forgotten that transporting the vehicle is an issue. That's always going to be an issue. I'm not a mechanic. I'll be the first to admit that. My skills are pretty bare bones. I have no time whatsoever to deal with the issue and am in bit of a position to sell the vehicle. With two jobs and going to school, I have very very little time. I need the money and the car is taking up space.
No offer would insult me. I realize I'm going to be taking a loss. I understand that. I don't have a bottom price in mind, but I'm willing to entertain offers. Don't hesitate to make offers, I won't bite and you might be surprised what I think I might take.
Thanks Mark would have been nice to meet you to. If you can get away we will be having our little spring cruise get together in St. Joe(see event section) In april. I hope to have the car in good shape by then. Have already ordered new door hinge pins, strikers, and everything to line up doors again. Replaced washer pump cleaned it new battery fixed some vacuum leaks (throttle body bolts were stripped and throttle body was loose) Installed a new kick down cable for the trans (one on car was shot) So far manual oil pressure test indicate a good pump and engine. Still working to determine cause but think it might be the sending unit wiring or gauge.
