I've decided not to proceed with my 4.9 swap, so I'm looking to sell my motor and collection of parts. I haven't found the time to go forward with it, and it's been years, so time to make a decision and get the Fiero back on the road. My 2.8 only has 52k on it, but has been sidelined with exhaust issues. I haven't fixed the exhaust since I would need a new one for the 4.9 anyway, but haven't found time for the swap. I'd like my Fiero back on the road, so I'm just planning on fixing it stock if I can sell the swap stuff.
I want to keep the set together. If I can't sell as a unit, I may decide to go ahead with the swap one day. If I can get the 1300 actual value for the parts, I'll throw in the manuals and the 4.9/trans too (local pickup Apex, NC).
Here is the list of parts I've collected with the current prices:

1302.95 so far
1991 DeVille manual Haynes 1991 Deville Factory Service Manual 1991 DeVille 4.9 and 4t-60e with 109k (was listed as grade A on car-part.com). This motor/trans has been sitting in a closed garage for about 4 years. ECM, original Deville harness
On the motor, I've repainted the valve covers red/silver (not installed yet) and removed parts to clean (harness, alternator, sensors attached to valve covers etc). I pulled the oil filter bypass valve but haven't drilled out the openings yet. The motor was listed "grade a" on car-part and "runs good" on the reciept, but I have not heard it run. We did a compression test when we got it and everything seemed in order. I paid 775 for the combo.

Ok, thanks. I'm still hoping to sell as a unit, but I'll keep that in mind.
To clarify my initial post, I don't need the 1300 to throw in the motor/trans. I'm interested in any offers for the whole package including the motor and trans.
Would you be interested in a trade and cash? I make the best aftermaket lighting system for the Fiero. Probabally too expensive to ship the engine and transmission to me on the west coast. I do not know. Check your PMs, let's talk on the phone
