Gentex self dimming rear view mirrors- factory GM. $25 shipped. I have a few different styles. Several with self dimming + Compass, and a few with just self dimming. 25 shipped.
Very simple to hook up- pin 1 on the harness is 12v switched, pin 2 is ground, pin 3 can be wired to your reverse back up switch to disable the self dim for safety- or it can be un wired as I always do. These fit the original windshield button. Come with factory harness and compass calibration instructions as well- its very easy, just a code to represent what region of the country you are in.
I dont have a picture of the non compass versions- but can provide.
**EDIT to lower prices.

I have one in the 85 GT...put it in because I got a great deal on it and needed a mirror in that car. Now...I want one in every Fiero I have. I am amazed not only at how nice it is when someone is behind you at night...but also at how much clearer it is, especially in dim light, since there is only one reflective surface in it rather than the standard two. But...I am going to hold off till I find a red one with hopefully compass and temp for the convertible.
Hookup was easy. Switched power wire run from the radio fuse up the A pillar....grounded to the same spot as the dome light. I also ran a reverse lockout wire to the reverse switch in the center (4 speed...about to be extended to the rear for the 5 speed conversion).
ok, i'm interested...but you have 2 pictures, which one would i get? edit to say the top one looks like it has compas and thermometer..... If that's the case i'll take it, PM me your Paypall info

I have the pics of the two versions of the compass with dimming that I have- just let me know which one youd prefer (button or switch) The switch version says off/m/cm....which means off/ just dimming mirror/ compass with dimming mirror.
The compass readout does look like it can handle temp as well....but I think that Gentex used a general display for both versions to save on cost?? There are no temp probe wires on the factory wiring harness.

I have 1 switch style with compass (JPD88FieroGT has first dibs if he wants to pay the shipping into Canada).
And I have 1 self dimming, non-compass style still available. Came out of a 98 Cadillac SLS. has a clear button on the bottom of mirror for on/off of the dimming feature.
$25 shiped in the lower 48 (I have never shipped to Canada before, but the quotes I got from UPS and FedEx for this item was $20 via ground. Let me know if there is a better way if you are in Canada)

Got mine installed and working yesterday. took some effort and time to figure out how to orient the compass fob on the headliner so it would read the correct direction. My neighbors must think I'm nuts driving in circles around the cul-de-sac 20 times but it works great now. The auto dimming works better than I thought it would and no longer have to look at the sunroof in the mirror at night. Bought a Gentex temp probe off ebay for about $15 and mounted it in the front fender.....works great too.
Wish I could find one to replace the dead mirror in my 05 Colorado for this price!
