I am pulling a 2.8 v6 / Getrag combo from an 88 Fiero and will be parting the assembly out. The odometer shows just under 180K miles and I assume those are actual miles.
The engine runs, but has a dead cylinder and probably only good for a rebuild. I was able to take a few short trips and confirmed the exhaust manifolds are leak free and the getrag works and shifts fine.
Pretty much everything engine/transmission related in the engine compartment is up for grabs - but not the starter, cradle or suspension. There is no EGR tube or valve - just cap off plates at the intake and Y-pipe. The exhaust is missing the catalytic converter. Everything else appears to be present, and functional (didn't test the AC) with 180K miles / 23 years of life.
The engine/tranny will be on the floor by Sunday and I will start tearing down the individual parts, confirming condition and take pictures of everything.
Let me know what you are looking for and I will be sure to get to those items first.

Here is the first round of pictures. All prices include shipping to the lower 48 states. Shipping outside the lower 48 would be additional.
Getrag - SOLD, SOLD, SOLD Before pulling the axles, I checked the differential bearings by putting a side load on the tripod to see if I could get any relative movement on the other side (differential rocking)... no movement detected, so it would appear the differential bearings are not excessivly worn. The majority of the grime on the tranny appears to have been from several engine leaks. The bottom of the differential is relatively clean. $375 shipped and I will include the transmission, both getrag specific cable brackets and both getrag specific transmission brackets (parts that bolt to the transmission). $300 shipped just for the transmission w/o the cable brackets or mount brackets (I can sell those seperately).
Engraved Plenum with bolts - SOLD, SOLD, SOLD Includes everything in the picture (including the EGR blockoff plate). Far from perfect, but doesn't look too bad. $50 shipped
Throttle body: Includes the cable retaining clip, bolts, TPS/IAC, the coolant tubes (one mount bracket is bent and the one on the end by the MAP sensor was cut to remove the MAP bracket from the tubes. $45 shipped
Fuel Rail, Injectors, fuel line... everything in the picture. The engine ran, but had a dead cylinder. I assume it was a mechanical issue, but might have been a bad injector... $40 shipped
Injector Harness: Wires and connector ends in good shape... the plastic loom is cracking in several places: $25 shipped:
Middle intake w/bolts. $25 shipped
Air filter housing, tube and K&N filter... pretty much everything in the picture. Some rust in the base of the housing and on the mount bracket, but no rot or rust through. You should be able to clean it up with some minor work. $55 shipped
Crossover pipe w/ insulation: It looks like someone put a knarly hole in the insulation on the bottom side (probably trying to pull the tranny w/o taking off the y-pipe. With some careful work you should be able to pull the material back together. This is on the underside and not visible once installed. Also includes an egr block off plate. $65 shipped
If something you are interested in has not been posted, just let me know... still busy tearing everything off the engine.
All PM's to this point have been replied to.

I would like to have the transmission, cables, and brackets. I'm wanting to convert my auto to manual. Do you accept paypal?
The $375 shipped did not include the shifter cables (just the tranny mounted brackets for them). I could include the two shifter cables for an additional $50 - $425 Shipped
I'm looking for a complete AC compressor mounting bracket setup (the two stamped steel brackets on the front and rear of the compressor, plus the large die cast part that bolts to the engine, and the bolts). I also need the hose set that connects to the compressor if it is in good shape. The previous owner of my son's '88 didn't bother to install any of the AC components when they put a crate motor in it. Shipping would be to 35086. Thanks!
