Hi, my 88 gt broke down on the highway. it just died on me at 70 mph. got lucky and coasted down an off ramp to a gas station. what luck,a tow truck just pulled up to the pumps to drop off a car that ran out of gas on the e-way. he towed me home. i bought an ignition module. took the cap off today. damb,the inside of the distributor magnet was in pieces. i got a used one from a 86 with 100k on it 30 shipped its urs lmk i txtd u last night got no response

Definitely buy new. I purchased a distributor for my 86 duke from a PFF member and wasted my $35.00. Now I have to buy a new one anyways. Lesson learned.
