If I remember correctly, the angel vents require you to do metal work with the bonnet seal.

Yep from the site description:

Size: 21 1/2" x 20", with a 2 1/2" x 16" opening. (Requires cutting 2" x 20" from top of sheetmetal in front of spare.)
$170 shipped in the continental United States.

Sounds pretty simple though.

Yea but I saw this vent in the finish stage on a car that belongs to a NJ club and let me tell you it's worth the modification. Plus you're still able to obtain the spare tire but then again most people upgrade the rim and tire size so the spare is probably worthless.
