Have a set of V6 exhaust manifolds that are crack or split free. However, when removed, the bolts that screw into the retaining nuts were cut off with a cutting wheel, so there is a 1" piece of bolt still in the retaining nuts on both manifolds. You will need to unscrew the partial bolts from the retaining nuts. The nuts are still welded in place behind each flange.
