My kid blew the engine in his 86 Notchie. Iron Duke 5 speed. Tranny is good, the car has some recent new parts, ball joints, water pump etc. Maybe the alternator, I can't really recall. It has 16 inch wheels that might interest someone. It is nothing to brag about, but was a working daily driver. Rust I don't know or care. It's a rough car. I would like it gone as I don't need anything on it. Clutch is last year. 200 bucks and pick it up. It has a good working title, currently licensed.

Bump. I'll part it out if there's no interest.

Headlights are always up, my son said the motors are good, he was having a relay problem. Is there a way for me to power test them? The console is rough. I don't know yet how long it will be before I get to pulling the cradle for other stuff. I've got a Vette in the garage and a truck to follow it, then I can get to this. Trans shift cable bracket if you're desparate I can do right away.

Im not in to big of a hurry... It would be nice to have it right away, but I wont absolutly NEED it for another 2 weeks at the latest... but here is the list I am interested in buy off of your trannie... for future refferance...

The ENTIRE shifter assy. on the transmission side... including mounting hardware if you could please...
Transmission front and rear mounting brackets

Those are the only three pieces I need for the five speed...

My son drove this car for 5-6 years. He informs me that there are some new ball joints in it, new water pump, new alternator, new (not used) distributor. Doors seem good, latches a touch funky. Bezel for the gauges is undamaged and nice. Shift surround is solid, including both lids, but lacks a nice finish.
