I have been traveling extensively and after an aborted effort of trying to sell the car on eBay, I want to present this special Fiero first again to members of the list, with a lower price.
The current, updated local Craigslist ad can be viewed here:
My asking price is $3500 but I recognize that times are tough so my bottom line price here is $3000 for a quick sale. That's $1000 less than when I listed it previously. I will also consider a trade for a clean motorhome (Class A or Class C) of comparable value so if you have one you're trying to sell, contact me. In the "out of my price range unless I sell the Fiero" are a couple of 1973 to 1978 GMC motorhomes that I'm looking at so if you see one in you're neighborhood, let me know. In case you're not familiar with GMC motorhomes, here's what I'm looking for.
Please spread the word among your Fiero friends and club members that this unique Fiero is available. E-mail at richt@automotivetraveler.com for my cell, I'll be in Detroit this week at a Ford event but will be checking my E-mail on a regular basis.
Have a great week,
Rich Truesdell

The front air dam is included. It has an easily repairable crack in the fiberglass (I had a similar crack repaired on the other side previously). I removed it when I was driving the car on a regular basis for fear of damaging it beyond repair. I can send you a photo of the air dam tomorrow if you want. Just provide me an E-mail address.
More, and bigger-sized versions, of the photos at:
http://www.flickr.com/photo...s/72157625899758983/ When you open the photo up in Flickr, right-click on the first open image, select large and when the large photo opens, download it to your hard drive.
This shows all angles of the exterior of the car, the engine compartment, and both sides of the interior.
If you want more, or even larger sized photos, E-mail me at richt@automotivetraveler.com.
Thanks for all the interest in the car shown since I posted it last night. I hoping that it will go to someone who will fully appreciate its historical significance.
I had someone local come look at the car tonight, could be the best of all possible worlds as he looked over the turbocharger installation manual (which is included in the sale) he thought that it would be his intent to reinstall the turbo and the aftermarket ECU that I removed when I installed the correct stock ECU when I drove the car from Maryland to New Jersey to California when I bought it (the Pontiac Enthusiast feature). When we were going through the box with the turbocharger manual, I found photocopies of four in-period magazine articles -- one from Car Craft -- that I have just added to my Flickr gallery.
I'm optimistic that Thursday, when I get back from Detroit, I might have a deal on the car. Certainly this is the most serious look the car has gotten up to now.

Thanks for letting us look Richard. After assessing the situation, the money plus the trip to Ca was not in the works for me. That seems like a good price for the car. Hate to pass. It would have looked great in my drive way and garage.

Nice car--congrats. I considered it myself, but have promised myself the next one would not be another 84 (I've had 5 of them-- now down to two) --even tho this one was/is an exceptional one.
