I finally started my swap and now I have a 2.8 (it is out of an 87GT) laying around that I do not need. It has 70K miles on it. It is missing a couple of things but it is mainly just the sensors. I can throw in the exhaust down to the cat as well. I have several transmissions so if a complete drive-train is wanted I have that as well. I can deliver for extra. Make me an offer it. If it does not sell it will be hauled off for scrap (the engine that is).

how much are you asking for the engine and what are you asking for just the exhaust?

Pick me, pick me. I'll give you more than the scrap yard, and it's not to far of a drive for me.

My friend and I have one that someone tried to do a 3800 S/C Series I on, and they didn't do something right so we decided to go back to a 2.8 until a later date.

Having a strong low miles 2.8 would be prefered to the 1 in unknown condition, with 150K+ miles on it.

Anyways, I'm roughly 1.5 hours from Indianapolis, so meeting up tomorrow wouldn't be a problem. (especially if it's raining, since I have a lawncare).
