Here is a build thread with a little info:
https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum1/HTML/086691.htmlI have a 1988 Fiero GT bright red Automatic. It is all original except the radio. It was changed to a Pontiac AM/FM CD monsoon radio. iPod adapter runs of CD changer controller. The car is in great shape. It has a few nicks and scratches that is to be expected from a 24 year old car. Unfortunately, one scratch is through one of the quarter windows. The only negatives are a small slow oil leak and a squeaky belt sound when the engine is cold. The paint is glossy. New A/C compressor, dryer, orifice tube and switches.
Also, I have a 3900 engine with a 4T65-E mounted on a 88 cradle. I have everything to make this ready to swap. The factory wiring has been mapped out and I actually got it to run with the factory computers and electronic throttle using the variable valve timing. It has less than 30 miles on it. A few weekends and this thing could be ready in your car. A little wiring and a dogbone mount is all it needs.
Bottom line is $5000 firm for the car and $2000 firm for the engine. I'll take $6500 if you want both.
PM me with any questions. I'll try to get pictures up by tomorrow afternoon. I'll probably list it on eBay in January if not sold here.
