I have a GM column in my 53 F100 project so I'm in need of the plug that the column plugs into. It's that long (about 4") plug that's attached to the wiring harness. It will need to have at least 4 inches of the wires attached so that I can splice into it.

Not clear on what plug you are looking for. The one that plugs into the ignition switch? Any year should work, right? I am pulling a steering column from a Formula parts car tomorrow...I can yank it out for you.

Hey Cows!, I need the long plug(about 4" that has about 8 contacts all lined up in a row-at least that's what's on the column part of it). I need the plug part from the wiring harness that this long plug attaches into. As my column doesn't have an ignition switch, I assume it's for the blinkers/horn/emergency flashers. Thanks!!
