Just to help out, this setup was originally going into my GT before I switched gears and decided to do a 3800sc swap. I sold the setup to David, then Madess and I installed it in this car. I wanted a "weekend swap" that was plug and play so I bought most of the stuff from Ed Park (mounts, harness, axles, chip, tensioner). Also I bought a whole 1993 Cadillac Deville with 68,000 miles as the donor vehicle. I pulled the motor/transmission and scrapped the rest.
Donor vehicle: 93 Cadillac DeVille with 68,000 miles (I pulled motor/transmission ) I bought the whole Cadillac and drove it around the block and up onto the trailer, it was hit in the passenger side
From Ed Parks at The Fiero Factory: Mounts (6 point mount system with no dogbone) 4T60E converted axles Alternator tensioner 1993 Deville programmed ECM Chip Injection Technologies wiring harness
Additional parts that I bought new for the swap: Idler Pulley belt tensioner Trans mount (V6 Fiero front) Trans mount (V6 Fiero rear) Center Engine mount Water pump hose (V6 Fiero) belt (Caddy Alt) Temp Gauge sender - V6 Fiero Oil pressure sender - 88 V6 Fiero Valve Cover Gaskets Thermostat 195F Thermostat Gasket Oil Cooler Plugs
I don't know how many miles were put on the car since we did the swap, but that is the list... I may even have some pictures of the swap in process that I can post if it helps.
Since I have people PM'ing me about the swap, I dug up some pictures of the DeVille that I bought to add here. I will see if I have a couple pictures from during the install. I am happy to answer questions about the install, but Matt and I did it in September 2009 and I haven't seen the car since it pulled out of the driveway.
Funny story, the wife saw me put that in the yard and said "Wow, that is one of the nicer things that you brought home... What's wrong with it?" You can imagine her reaction when she walked around the passenger side of the car. LOL.
