I have 1 set of Bubbajoe style corvair hub conversion for sale, I was making a set for self and it was more cost efficient to go ahead and have the machine shop cut couple extra rings and cut the extra hubs, so I made up 3 sets asking $210 shipped converts front hubs to 5 x4.75

bearing stops have been cut back .125 includes (2) Hubs (2) new outer bearings (2) new inner bearings and (2) new seals , (2) seal rings to press over old seal surface and (2) .032 spacer for outer bearings. I will press in the new races.

Easier to find wheels and replacement rotors with that bolt pattern?

not really easier, there are a lot of wheels that are 5x100, most of the Lambo kit car guys want to run the original wheels (5x120) these actually come out to 5x120.6 or 5x4.75 so they can run them without wheel adapters. I am gathering parts to start a Mercy kit and seen several posts of people asking bout the swap so when I made mine it was more cost effective to have machine shop cut several kits than just one. I am working on a dual piston brake set using the 12" camaro rotors/ calipers

it changes to a lot larger bearings, and you will have to do a brake swap , but should work perfect with the corvette swap, I am working on using the ls camaro brakes which I had to turn down a set of the hubs to fit inside the camaro rotor hat
bubbajoexxx has posted on his build page how to do the swap, the real pain was just the running to get the machine shop to do the work , it was going to cost me a lot more to just do one set of the rings , so they priced cutting 6 rings and so I ordered 6 hubs.
