It's in GREAT SHAPE the dye on the top is work off a bit from the sun and age. the inner liner is in NICE SHAPE.
mounting screws are included (what I got with it when I bought it)

the reason for the price (I know it's alot) is it's how much I would be comfortable selling it at (even though it's really cool, I can live without it at that price). If I don't get it I will simply re-dye it Charcoal Grey and install it in my Fiero at the end of this month.
