The boss is looking for work for the lasers. If you haven't liked my lead times now is the chance to take advantage of a quick turn around. He would love for me to bring in orders tomorrow and will start cutting right away. So if you have anything that you would like laser cut, get me the info by Thursday night. I can cut as the orders come in. If you want to view my work look here:

Vents are $50.00 per set. If you want a special image the price is $80.00. Shipping usually runs around $15.00 per set.

None that I am aware of. I had a set on my '85 duke for 7+ years and drove it every day. I have a set on my '86 fast back V6, been on for 4 years. I have a set on my '84 been on for 2 years.

I'm looking to do something like this. I basically want to make my Truleo intake look a little more like a stock plenum. It would be around 6" long, 1 1/4" wide for the main section, 1/8" for the narrower strips. What I haven't really addressed is the curvature of the intake. I'm not sure if I'd be able to put a slight curve to something that's been laser cut. I'm aware I'd need to add strips to connect the orphaned pieces, like the middle of the 'O.' Not sure how big that would need to be to be strong enough. I may want to take down the thickness of these a little by hand so I can paint them and hopefully they'll recede back. I'd defer to your expertise there. As far as attachment, I'm thinking high temp epoxy. It would be great if I could get this cut out of stainless, so I can buff it and get it to hold a shine. I have AutoCAD, and can provide you with a dwg, or whatever you need. In terms of thickness, I'd like it to have a little relief like stock, but I know I need to be able to bend it. Again, I'll defer to your expertise. If you can give me an idea of cost, I'll let you know if this is something I'd like to move forward with. Also, if its something others with Truleo's are interested in, I'm willing to share.

Do you have any idea what the radius is. I have access to a roller, and can roll up to 1/4" thick. I would look at 10,11, or 12 ga for this, not sure what I have for secondary material. The "o" strips could be as thin as 1/16" maybe 1/32" and could be painted red to match the background.

Radius is approx. 1 3/4" (3 1/2" dia.). Those gauges seem appropriate. 1/16" is probably good for the connecting strips. They really just need to keep it located, since the epoxy will hold it on once installed. Like you said, I'm thinking of painting those red to match the body of the intake.

I need a shift ring but not the stock one! I can get you measurements tonight. Pretty thin gauge is the one I have. Id like to go a little thicker. Roughly how much? Doesnt matter the material as long as I can polish it out!

Not sure what you are looking for, but I make 3" tall and 5" tall. The 5" tall is around 4 1/2" wide and the 3" is just under 2 3/4" wide.
