You may want to clerify your description a lil better; someone may think there buying or trading for a real GMC Typhoon...

Its a 98 so cant be a legit Typhoon - but I realized after I posted that I didnt put the quotations in the title. Truck is a CLONE. Email/text/message me for additional pics. -Ben

It went 14.2 @ 93MPH in the 1/4 on 10PSI. Wasnt meant to be an all-out race truck - just a fun DD/Grocery Getter/Kid Hauler

Truck was built the way it is when I bought it. Ive just maintained it and added a few parts here and there periodically.

People may be worried about mileage with today's gas prices. Though some turboed cars when tuned right are more fuel efficient than they were n/a (my buddys turboed hemi magnum was great on gas on the hwy)

So on that note, I am curious, what fuel mileage does she get? and is it smog legal? That would definitely make an interesting family hauler and tow vehicle

I'm gettin around 24mpg around town just driving it. As far as smog legal, Im not sure - I dont live in a smog state so I have no idea how any of that stuff works. It has the tow hitch on it

Its the Vortec 4.3 in it. It is slightly heavier than I Ty I know - and isnt running the same boost as a Ty, so its significantly slower because of this. It is a super sleeper from stop light to stoplight as far as the truck goes though.

Not sure why people pipe up to be negative, looks like the above posted didn't even read the whole thread.

I would need it to pass emissions here so unfortunately its not for me, but bump for a nice truck
