Well, the reason I was trying to get ahold of Dan is I sent him my harness' and computer for my 3800 swap. I sent the payment with them. I have yet to receive them which leads me to believe I will never receive them. Please be very cautious with doing business with him as I am not the only person who has had trouble with him. When I posted this thread, I had a couple people PM me saying they hoped I didn't send him any money. I just wish I would have had a warning before I started dealing with him.
it took me two months to get my harness from dan, the customs and crap from canada can be a pain, plus i hear he was having trouble with the candian post office, im not really here to defend him, hopefully he can do that for himself, just saying sometimes it takes a while, luckily i was in absolutely no hurry for my harness, it sat at my home for 3 months before i even put it on the car.

I haven't had any recent dealings with Dan so I can't comment on that...
However, I can say that in the past I've found him to be very helpful and upstanding. Granted, its very stressful to be dealing with delays and poor communication (which many small vendors seem to have an issue with sadly), but unless things have changed quite a bit I don't believe that he would actually rip you off. My guess is that he likely occupied with other things going on in his life.
