I am selling my normsfiberglass one piece tilt front end. It also comes with everything including the battery relocation tray to move the battery to the front underneath the spare tire. Plans have changed so the Fiero project must unfortunately come to an end. I can send pictures if interested. Just looking for the best offer on the whole thing.

It uses twin Hella lights on each bucket one for the low beam and one for the high beams.

Hello sorry to hear about your situation, but to help. Here are a couple of pictures. What Im showing here is the front clip (Blue car) with OEM Corvette C6 lights, what I have done in the above picture is developed our own light bucket and clear covers rather than using the C6 lights which were expensive and hard to change body color. In the future our C6 inspired front clips will come with the headlight buckets pre-attached. In this case I just finished this new design and shipped them of seperatly, as I thought he had the front clip already installed. Thanks again Norm any questions you can call me here. www.normsfiberglass.com 574-255-7843

Regular hella light, 1st generation

Race version with buckets to be added later

I would prefer to sell this to someone that can pick it up as I have never shipped anything of this size and dont know where to start. If I have to ship i to sell it then I will gladly take reccomendations on what company to use to ship it and the best way to pack it for shipment.

John Metrics car with our front end on a Notchie that helped him get to 155mph in the Texas Mile last month and 9.89 in the 1/4mi. Not bad, ehh.

I'm also interested in a PM with your ballpark asking price. I'm in Wisconsin and would love an excuse for a road trip to pick it up. What did the setup cost you if you don't mind me asking?

Some questions:

how are the weight savings achieved?
is the battery moved to the front to return some balance to the car?
does this front end still secure the sunroof?

Hello, The front clip weighs almost the same as the stock hood. Now you remove the heavy front bumper, fenders, pop-up lights, some sheet metal and you save some weight overall.

The battery is moved up front as it does help in bringing almost 40Lbs from above the engine in the rear to the front down low. As the Fiero is rear biasied as it is.

The sun roof wont fit under the front clip. leave it at home or put in your trunk.

Even if it weighed he same as the original front end I think this clip looks way better . Not to mention it gets rid of the worst part of that car the pop up headlights and gives you a much better set up for visibility at night.

A note to anyone who is interested in this front clip please stop insulting me with your offers for $1,000. There are a select few who think just because i'm selling this means that I will give it away and that's not the case. For $1,000 I will let it sit and collect dust I'm not hard up for the money and Norms work is worth WAY more then that! So please if your offer is $1,000 or less don't waste your time or mine.

If you posted a price you are wanting, they can haggle from there.
What did you expect from a "best offer" type of offer? And with all the cheap fiero owners......

Like this:

New they sell for:
Tilt Clip w/Hella Lights $2495
Battery Relocation Kit $135

I want $______

I didn't think I had to do that I thought people would have a little more respect then that as their only other option would be to buy it from Norm for $2500.
Knowing the work that Norm does and knowing the cost of this piece new I didn't think I had to tell people that $1,000 is too low.

Okay, okay... How about $1010? Just kidding of course! I'm still interested in this if someone else doesn't beat me too it by the time I'm ready for it... I need to quit my job so I can finish my engine swap and start on the body.

I agree... Who's to know what your bottom-line is on this part?! Some ppl just want parts gone because there tired of tripping over them. You kinda have to expect the low-ball offers if your not going to post an asking price w/ "OBO"...
I like this hood but do not need to have it. The only way I could see myself buying it would be if it was a really good deal; one that was too good to pass up...
But with that being said, no, I am not one of the ppl who offered $1k; although that would be a really good deal, one that I would not pass on

This would be a great mod for me as a winter project for the car I circle-track race with.

If you can hand on to it until about January, I would be very interested. Right now my options for next year to make the car faster are a turbo system or weight reduction. I'd prefer weight reduction since that benefits everything.

Norm, do you do lambo doors too?

First person with $1,500 who can pick it up gets it. I have decided that I don't want to go through the hassle of trying to ship it somewhere it's just not worth the headache for me. For this price it's like being robbed!
