As the title says, I am trying to get this car running here and found one of the stock fuel lines has a crack in the crimped area that is spraying fuel on the cradle. I would like to either buy a reasonably priced set of new lines from someone either custom made or a set of real good condition stock v6 fuel lines. Not looking to spend a bunch of money as Christmas money is tight as is it but I would like to try to get this thing running over the holidays. If you have a survivor set that is NOT rusted out or if you make some custom braided or whatever sets with the complete fittings on each end I would like to hear about it. Thanks and Merry Christmas. I have some Fiero emblems I machined here that I could trade for the lines too if you are interested.
Pete, I have a set off of an 87 gt. The pressure line is rust free but the return line has some surface rust at the very bottom. They did not leak when they were on the car so I believe they are totally serviceable. If you are interested please let me know and I can dig them out and send you some pics. $20 shipped. John

John, Hey man that sounds great, can ya shoot mes some pictures of the lines especially the surface rust on the bottom you spoke of? I just need some that are in good shape. My plan is to blast them rust free gently and then shoot some paint on the lines to keep them from rusting. The price seems quite nice too... peace
John, Hey man thanks for the pictures, that looks kinda different from mine as mine just have rubber hoses where yours appear to have some kinda corrugated hose. Also they do look kinda crunchy like the ones I have here. How bad is that rust at the bottom, I wish I could take a wire brush to them to see the damage. It could be surface rust or it could be pretty deeply pitted from the way it looks in the pictures it is hard to tell. Not wanting to complain since the price is right but I need a good usable set. I took mine off a little while ago to see if I could get some new ones made locally so I honestly cannot remember which ones are the high pressure and which one is the return.
Honestly I just looked at mine and the shorter one is the one that is actually leaking and the longer one on mine is fine. I guess I will take them from you for $20.00 shipped as you said. Let me know how you want me to pay you for them and we will get this going. I cannot wait to try to get these installed to see if this fixed my running issues. Thanks man...peace
