Here are a few pics of an idea for a simple upper coilover mount. I found these parts in a pile of MR2 Rear Coilover pieces that I no longer need.
Before I toss them in the dumpster, I thought I'd offer them here.
My thinking is you can put a few spot welds between the rings and the factory upper mount. (shown in red arrows)
Add a poly bushing and you have a simple and cheap coilover upper mount.



I have 5 pairs of the steel rings. If there is significant interest, (like 20 pairs or more) I'll make more. I also have a stack of the Fiero factory upper mounts, so I can do them on an exchange basis for those that can't weld.



The tube is 2 1/4" OD and the round base is 3.75" OD

what are the other options for coilover hats? Send an email or pm or post what you believe to be a good price. I don't know how to price these nor do I know how to price a "ready-to-install" option on an exchange basis
