Hey Fiero Folks! I am looking for a good condition 2.5L 4cyl Fiero air intake that someone wants to sell! It needs to be anywhere from a "5 out of 10" condition and up!
Doesn't need to be perfect, just not total garbage! It will be cut up and used for a custom intake project.

I'm looking to spend somewhere between $20 and $50 depending on the condition of the piece you have. I need one as soon as possible, so please let me know if you have one!

PLEASE BE AWARE! The 1984-1986 intakes are different than 1987+

Here's an example of what I'm looking for, but this is the old style, I need the new style:

All I need is this metal air filter housing that fits a 1987 or 1988 2.5L 4cyl Fiero, I don't need the air filter, or any of the tubes for it, just this metal piece! I don't even NEED the metal top hat piece.

I can help you out. There's a few coupes (an '87 &'88) in the local junkyards and I will grab one the next time I'm there (probably tomorrow or Wednesday).

Bad news......one of the cars was missing the air cleaner and I haven't been able to look at the other one yet. I've been working late this week and the they close early in the winter. I will try to get over there tomorrow or Saturday though.

I could really use the "top hat piece" from one of those........Somehow the po of my '88 duke lost it and his idea of a fix was to take a center cap from an american racing rim and drill two holes in it for the bolts to fit through. Hope you don't mind me hopping in your thread Oslo but you said you didn't need the top piece and that's all I do need.

Thanks, Jon.

Oh man.....I thought I had posted already. The other car was missing the air cleaner assembly as well. Sorry.....I didn't think anyone else would take them, but I guess there's a bigger demand for them than I thought.
