3 MAP sensors (working) with or without air cleaner mount, $5 each

I'm curious on the steel clips. How wide is the opening? Is this a 4 cylinder only sensor? 87-88 only? GM stopped selling the retainer clips for the manual transmission cables. Occasionally someone needs them. I'm wondering if these would interchange?

GM cars in the 60's and 70's used a plastic breather with a fiber mesh in them in the air cleaner. They used a clip that is similar. I wonder if those would work? I may have to stop at a Napa store and do some research.
