Wanting to buy a 3800 flywheel, PREFERABLY machined down to .840 or .820 (I think?) and balanced for a Series 3 SC engine

Go in to your local NAPA and order one... Last time I checked there was one available in Ontario..Then have it machined..

What does a machined flywheel usually sell for? I see the prices for a stock thickness.

well the cost of a new/OEM flywheel + machining and balancing (varies on where you get the work done)

What exactly do you machine and how much. I need on too for a 2000 N/A 3800. I need to tell my machine shop guy. And does the clutch pressure plate for the Fiero fit the bolt pattern on the flywheel.

.840 over all thickness from the clutch surface to the mounting point onto the crank and yes get the clutch for which ever Fiero manual tranny you are mating to the 3800 engine. Dan
