No, they're iggee synthetic leather covers. Very durable. I've had them going on 4 years now and they still look new!

Why not just turn your seats into speaker seats? Specially if your going to add custom covers anyway.

I thought about that and I'm sure it's possible but might be allot of finagling.
I lucked out and closing a deal with OXFDFIERO on a nice gray 84 set
