Are these new or used? Bushings and ends links included? Will you sell the rear setup separate from the front?

These bars are used, with end links and bushings. I kinda wanted to sell them together as a set (better shipping price), but if one was willing to pay 15 bucks more, I'd sell them separate.

I would like them both.
