Hi all fellow fiero nuts. I have a pretty decent custom built dash here from a recent GT project I recently bought. Now it does fit and looks good, but it will need lots of finish work, such as gauge pod placement, center gauges,HVAC,radio etc.. its a quality build and a good start. P.O. had a good vision here. I can't post pics due to having my droid,I'll try photobucket. Or if someone wants to hit me up via email I'll email you some pics and you could post em for me Anyway,I'd like to see $100 for it,plus actual shipping.. it is big so expect almost $100 to ship this around the lower 48. I am in Maine so unless you're close by shipping could be a bugger. I can get you an accurate ship quote for you. I'll be happy to send you plenty of pics! Thanks! Any idea what gauges were going to fit in the space, in other words, is there a factory style "bolt in" set up made for it, or is it going to be something fab'd up? What was the purpose of the small round "bump" located at the 2'o clock posit? You say it fits, do you have any pics of it in a Fiero? What was this built on? Is it a Fiero dash underneeth? How is the vinyl attached, is it permenent or do you think it can be taken off.
Thanks
Rob

Hey Rob. Some good questions indeed. Ok,here is what I know:
-The dash is built DIRECTLY over a stock dash. Sorry,I do not have pics, but this was built by PFF'er "GaryW". If you do a search of him, there are some pics of it in an 86 GT that he was building.
-Because of it being built on the original stock dash,it drops right in. I do believe you will have to modify your A-pillar ends and the upper corners of your interior door panels.(trim them)
-Gauges: These would need to be custom mounted.
-Vinyl covering: It is permanently(and very well)glued down. I would imagine if one wanted, they could strip it off with some elbow grease and acetone. There are areas that still need tucking/finishing,like around the speaker holes(they are smaller round, but in stock location).
-Dash style/shapes: The extra "bump" was meant for a remote (insert whatever gauge you want) gauge mounting pod. It looks pretty cool. Again, holes will need to be cut and mounting/faceplates would need to be fabbed.
-Definitely some work to be done, but a darn good start. This dash is Solid.
It has a HVAC/Radio faceplate template as well as a glovebox door.
Feel free to hit me up with anything else that comes to mind. Thanks
Mark
