That's the one I had. If you look carefully (or lighten up the picture) you can see the four pockets where the screws go through. I don't think there is any hardware, other than the four screws.

Thanks! I wasn't sure what was in there that supports the license plate holder. I have never owned a Formula until now.
So I just need the license plate holder and the screws that hold it on the bumper.

I have an 87 coupe with a front license plate. I also have an extra license plate holder that I removed from a donor car. I can take a pic of the mount and send it to you or show you if you are in the area. I assume you are in the military and need to get the car licensed in VA. If you are active duty, I'll give the holder to you. I'm between Richmond and DC.
I bought one off of mrfiero. I gotta source some screws for it. Sucks that the Pick n Pull down there doesn't have any Fieros on the lot. But I could use some spares, especially since I plan to expand my Fiero collection once I move back to Texas and buy my own house.
I hope VA goes back to a one plate state. I don't like the look of front plates on Fieros.

Your bracket went out today.....you should see it early next week. BTW......the bracket on that yellow Formula in the picture you posted is on upside down. Just as an FYI when you install yours, the tabs face up!
